Turn the PCOS history you logged into an appointment report

Updated

Instead of reconstructing months of dates from memory, review a structured summary of what you recorded. PMOSly prepares the preview on your phone and lets you choose the period that is useful for the next appointment.

PMOSly is currently in pre-launch. The workflows below describe the app being prepared for release; join the waitlist to hear when it is available.

What the report can contain

Depending on what you logged, the report can include observed cycles and period history, symptom counts, recent laboratory values with dates and units, medications, mood summaries, care history and selected body measurements. Reproductive observations are separated and remain descriptive. Intimacy is excluded unless you opt in for that individual export.

Empty areas are omitted. The report does not turn missing entries into zeroes.

Choose a range that fits the visit

Review 3, 6 or 12 months, all recorded history, or a custom date range. Before sharing, check the on-screen preview and add questions you want to raise. The preview is available without Premium; creating and sharing the PDF is a Premium feature.

Generated on your phone

The PDF is assembled on-device and handed to the phone’s share sheet. PMOSly does not upload readable health entries to a website to create the document. Once you save, print or send a PDF, its privacy also depends on the destination you choose.

A factual summary, not a medical conclusion

The report reflects entries you made and simple counts or arithmetic summaries. It does not provide a diagnosis, risk assessment or treatment recommendation. Review it for entry errors and use it as supporting material for a conversation with a qualified clinician.
