A PCOS symptom diary built for the whole picture
Updated
PCOS can affect several parts of a day at once. A useful diary keeps those observations together without asking you to write an essay. PMOSly is designed to record cycle dates and individual symptom check-ins, then show simple summaries from the data stored on your phone.
PMOSly is currently in pre-launch. The workflows below describe the app being prepared for release; join the waitlist to hear when it is available.
What you can record
Choose a symptom, set when it happened and add the detail that matters. The diary covers cycle events, acne and skin changes, hair growth or thinning, pain, energy, mood and body measurements. Optional severity, body-area and note fields appear only where they add useful context.
You decide how much to record. A missed day stays a gap; PMOSly does not silently infer an answer.
A low-effort logging workflow
- Record the event: add a period day or choose the symptom you noticed.
- Add context if useful: select severity, time, body area or a short note.
- Review over time: use the calendar and Trends to see counts and changes across the selected window.
- Bring the record: use the doctor-report preview before an appointment.
The app reports what you entered. It does not diagnose PCOS, determine a cause, predict a cycle or recommend treatment.

What the trend view means
Symptom frequency is a count of your logged entries within a time window. Seeing one symptom more often can be a prompt to review your notes or discuss it with a clinician; it is not evidence that another event caused it. Results depend on how consistently you chose to log.
Your entries stay on your device
Logging and trend calculations are local-first. PMOSly does not need a web form to process your health history. Optional Pro account backup is encrypted so the server stores ciphertext rather than readable health entries.
